I'm an IT professional with a decade of experience in enterprise service desk support and IT operations, now moving into Cloud and DevOps Engineering. I'm AWS, Microsoft Azure, and DevOps certified, with hands-on experience across six cloud projects covering VPC/VNet design, three-tier architecture, auto scaling, load balancing, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. Along the way I've supported global enterprise IT infrastructure — VMware/VDI, Active Directory, RSA SecurID — across the US, Canada, Europe, and APAC, and been recognized twice as a top performer.

AWS Three-Tier Web Application — Auto Scaling & Load Balancing

  • Designed a highly available 3-tier architecture on a custom VPC with public/private subnets across multiple Availability Zones, an Application Load Balancer, Auto Scaling Groups, and Amazon RDS (MySQL).
  • Enabled HTTPS via AWS Certificate Manager, integrated CloudFront for content delivery, and configured CloudWatch monitoring across EC2, ALB, and RDS.
  • Automated EC2 provisioning using AMI backups, Launch Templates, and User Data scripts; connected a custom domain via Route 53.

Azure Three-Tier Architecture — OrangeHRM Deployment (LAMP Stack)

  • Architected a secure 3-tier deployment on Azure using a VNet with isolated public/private subnets and NSG rules, with Azure Database for MySQL Flexible Server on private VNet integration.
